Hello ATS community! I'm looking for some guidance on head slides in the slow vocabulary. What are 'official' arm variations for the head slide in slow? My written GS notes are silent on the topic, but I see in the Abadou video of Carolena's solo (linked to from FCBD instruction format page, T2 week 12 - she uses both table top and then bodywave arms (right overhead, left horizontal). Are these both used in lead & follow slow? Many thanks for your help!Cheers,Barb

No, that would only be for solo arms.  For duets+, you would use arms at shoulder height, horizontal.
