What is the protocol or best practice for going into the camel walk with one arm (left arm at shoulder height, right hand at right hip)?  Do you tend to only go into from other moves where the arms are in those same places like taxeem with floreo hand or circle step?  Or is it acceptable go into it from any move in the slow vocab.?

I only use the one-armed Camel when my arms are already in that position anyway. 🙂

It's most commonly done if your arms are already in position, but there's no reason you can't go into it from other arm positions as long as it's clear what you're doing.
