Id like clarification on the finishing Sahra Turn arms when you are setting up for the second turn.br/br/Does the Right arm/hand face up as it floats to the R Hip (as in the cover of Volume 7) ORbr/br/Does the Right arm/hand pull down to the R Hip driven from the scapula similar to Reverse Turnbr/br/?br/br/Thank you!br/Carrie
Originally posted by Sandi on tribe.net.Both, I think. Moreso the first choice.br/br/Arms are usually led by the elbows, so think about them before you think about the hands. Its actually very very similar to the left arm/side in the Barrel Turn, in that your upper body is tilting slightly. So for the Sahra, youre contracting on the right side. Shoulders tilting slightly. Palm faces up. On the cover of Vol.7, theyre doing lotus-ish hands. Thats just for the photo and is not actually part of the movement, but its pretty!br/br/Hope that helps!
