Sahra set up for the second turn

Its actually very very similar to the left arm/side in the Barrel Turn, in that your upper body is tilting slightly. So for the Sahra, youre contracting on the right side. Shoulders tilting slightly. Palm faces up. On the cover of Vol.7, theyre doing lotus-ish hands. Thats just for the photo and is not actually part of the movement, but its pretty!br/br/Hope that helps!
